Lincolnweld L-61 is a low carbon, medium manganese, medium silicon general purpose submerged arc wire.
It produces welds with tensile strengths 5-15 ksi higher than those with L-60 depending on the flux and procedures used.
It's construction is simple, the wire wrapped around a paperboard tube. The reusable K1504-1 adapter allows a coil to fit on the industry standard 50mm hub.
Advantage Lincoln • Consistent weld deposit chemistry and procedures from package to package improve quality and save time.
• Lincolnweld L-50 wire has no soft spots, set the welding procedures once and forget about them.
• Thin copper coating yields significantly improved electrical contact between wire and contact tip for better arc stability and longer tip life.
• Low feed forces reduce wear and tear on equipment.
• Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements.
